A Generalized Blockchain-Based Government Data Sharing Protocol

In order to catch the express train of digital age and seize opportunities brought by development blockchain technology, many government departments have begun build blockchain-based data sharing protocols. Most existing protocols are built on different blockchains with specific features. The interaction between them is not trivial, leading phenomenon “data islands.” Therefore, we consider building a protocol compatible various blockchains. this work, propose generalized protocol, which takes fairness, privacy, auditability, generality into account simultaneously. With adaptor signature zero-knowledge techniques, proposed ensures secure fair process since it only requires underlying perform verification. Finally, implement our construction an Ethereum test network conduct series experiments. results demonstrate practicality while remaining good functionalities.
